All my breads are baked with traditional house recipes. I use natural ingredients only and give the dough time to rise.
Wonderful European-style baking - so beautiful and so good-tasting!

"FROM SCRATCH"
Baking and cooking were my pleasure since early childhood.
After public school my first professional education led me into gardening. I have a trade degree in horticulture and worked in different Swiss gardens and even in overseas nurseries (USA).
After returning to Switzerland, I went back to school where I got a degree in “teaching of food production”. With my degree I taught classes in gardening, cooking and baking at a post secondary trade school.
After moving to Canada in 2013 I enthusiastically started setting up my own garden. After several years of input and tending, it now rewards us with vegetables, salads, fruit and berries which even make it into my bakery!
Bread is my passion! Baking in Canada originally started as a project for my family. But soon I realised that many friends liked my products. They encouraged me to join the Farmers Market in Williams Lake. Four years at the Farmers Market have lead me to build a separat baking room in our house. Please note that my baking room is not officially inspected. You are invited to visit my baking room at any time.
